Steps to Becoming A Franchisee
It takes a special individual to own and operate a Mountain Mudd Franchise and Beverage LLC is very selective about who it allows to become a franchisee. We sell a proven system and we use a proven system for franchise discovery and awarding. Step 1: Apply for your Mountain Mudd Franchise
Complete our Franchise Application form online by clicking here. Your request for consideration will be forwarded automatically to us.
Step 2: Evaluation of Request
We evaluate your application for experience, work history and net worth requirements. You can expect that we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that we have received your request and that it is being processed in a timely manner!
Step 3: Telephone Interview
Following review of your application, the franchise consultant will call to discuss your candidacy and personal objectives and goals. If you’re a match for us and we’re a match for you, we’ll schedule another call or web meeting to discuss formal business objectives.
Step 4: Disclosure
If you have not already received or downloaded a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), one will be provided to you. We ask that you promptly return the receipt.
Step 5: Presentation
All qualified candidates are invited to attend a Discovery Day in billings, MT and are entitled to a discount for doing so. The presentation includes a your of our corporate facility, distribution and manufacturing centers, and also an in depth look at our local operational stores. Check the FDD for discount details or ask your consultant. If you are unable to attend a Discovery Day, a presentation will be made of the telephone or internet.
Step 6: Franchise Award Notification
Within 10 days of the presentation meeting we will notify you of our decision to award you a franchise.
Step 7: Execute Contracts
If you are awarded a franchise, your Franchise Agreement is sent via registered mail. The agreement must be executed within 30 days. To execute agreements you will need to return the signed agreements with the initial required deposit.
Step 8: MUDDTASTIC Welcome
Upon execution of contracts, you will be a Mountain Mudd franchisee! Your welcome package and getting starting package will be mailed to you. At this point, you are entitled to all applicable franchise services and proprietary information. You’ll be so pleased!
